What you will do:

We are looking for a Recruiter with a talent for sourcing to guide and execute on our overall sourcing strategy, as well and be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of technically focused consultants.  You will  partner with internal stakeholders on a variety of other projects such as process improvement, candidate experience, branding, and diversity.  Ideal candidates will have prior full-cycle recruiting experience, be excellent sourcers, enjoy interacting with candidates and be a true team player. Ideal candidates will also be self-starters, and responsive with both humble and positive attitudes.

Base2 Consultants are primarily full-time engineers with expertise Software development, QA, DevOps, IT Security or Systems Engineering who work with our customers to solve interesting engineering challenges.  If you enjoy building relationships with candidates and employees, connecting people to great opportunities and value providing a positive candidate experience, please consider Base2.

 

What you will be responsible to do:

  • Partner with the lead Recruiter to develop, manage and execute a company-wide sourcing strategy to support business growth.
  • Develop and manage a strong and diverse candidate pipeline through a variety of methods including networking, job postings, direct sourcing, recruiting events, social media, referral generation, etc.
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical and business positions.  Source, evaluate, and close candidates.
  • Partner with HR to develop and implement recruiting practices that support our Affirmative Action outreach goals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and guide the candidate evaluation and feedback process. Provide consultation and training on the recruiting process to internal staff as needed.
  • Maintain a consistent, tight recruiting process to ensure a smooth and consistent recruiting function and a positive candidate experience. Participate in internal staffing meetings and pipeline discussions, by tracking and maintaining recruiting metrics. Continually contribute to recruiting process improvement.
  • Maintain candidate database, including compliance with government record keeping and reporting requirements. Provide reporting/statistics to HR and Management as needed.

What we believe is required to do the job:

  • 3+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in technical consulting
  • An undergraduate degree in Business or related field preferred 
  • Experience in sourcing passive candidates
  • Experience sourcing and communicating with high level talent
  • Ability to maintain a qualified pipeline of candidates across several practice areas
  • Strong organization and communication skills, including effective time management and timely follow up
  • High energy, positive attitude, and driver to get things done - team player personality
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to fulfill business needs
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
