Our headquarters are in downtown Bellevue, Washington with an additional office in Brea, California. This position will be based out of our Bellevue location, and will work onsite for our customer. 

What you will do:

Base2 Solutions is looking for several Software Development Engineers capable of writing software that interfaces with electronics circuits. You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects in a hands-on way. The initial assignment will be to develop SW that exercises and tests HW solutions related to optics. Strong technical skills interfacing with electronic circuits are key along with experience in languages and technologies.


What you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and writing software that tests HW designs, initially optical hardware
  • Software development for embedded systems

What we believe is required to do the job:

  • BS/BA from a 4-year college in Electrical Engineering, physics, or related discipline
  • Several years of experience as a Sr. Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience developing software for the Linux environment
  • Strong Python and mySQL skills
  • Ability to read Java and C/C++ code
  • Robust understanding of manufacturing process controls
